You probably found your way here out of curiosity of how mindfulness and meditation can help you.  

 

Whether it is to reduce stress, help with anxiety or increase focus on present moment experience, we can explore ways to work with your life challenges.

We have two options:  group practice or individual mentorship.

 

Group practice is donation based.  Please join at any time.

​

Individual mentorship is either a 30 or 60 minute session.  Please contact me for a free thirty minute consultation.
